1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at www.neonixcode.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Neonix provides software development, web development, mobile app development, FinTech solutions, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure, and server management services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in separate project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you as intellectual property. Neonix retains rights to its proprietary frameworks, libraries, tools, and methodologies. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we require milestone-based payments. Invoices are due within 7-14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement. We handle client data with strict confidentiality and security protocols.

6. Warranties and Representations

Neonix warrants that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. We provide a 90-day warranty period for defects in deliverables. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from client modifications or third-party systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neonix's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Neonix retains rights to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Mumbai, India.
